When applying for a location at the Economic Zone, after a first introduction and quick scan, both parties sign a non-disclosure agreement. See attachment for an example of this agreement.

After a signed non-disclosure agreement, both parties work on a mutual letter of intent, covering subjects as: activities, location, requirements and investment.

Both parties make a business case to research the profitability for stakeholders. The business case is then presented to the KSR Economic Board for revision and acceptance.

After acceptance, a program of demands is formulated for both parties and will be used for investment from the KSR Economic Zone part of the agreement.

The combined file of letter of intent, business case, program of demands and sketch will be presented to de board of KSR, for approval and commitment for the follow-up steps.
